Parking Info


We are delighted to welcome you to the Lost River Pride Festival this coming weekend on June 22nd, 2024! Your participation and support are key to making this event a vibrant celebration of our community, and we are excited to have you join us! Event Details: •Date: June 22nd, 2024 •Setup Time: Starting at 10:30 AM •Event Start Time: 12:00 PM •Event Teardown: 4:00 PM •Event Location: 1089 Mill Gap Rd (see attached map for reference). Before You Arrive: The weather is expected to cross the 90-degree mark on Saturday so plan accordingly. Both the food vendors and the Farmers Market will have cold beverages available, but feel free to bring your own coolers. Also, please bring your own chairs for your booth! Arrival and Setup: Upon arrival at 1089 Mill Gap Rd, look for the marked entrance for the Festival (a Sheriff's vehicle will also be stationed at the entrance). Let the parking attendant know that you are a vendor at the festival. They will provide you with a welcome sheet containing: •Instructions to your specific booth location •WiFi login information •A schedule of the day's events Once your booth is set up, you are welcome to park your vehicle behind the high tunnel greenhouse (refer to the attached map). During the Festival: If you have any questions or need assistance, our dedicated volunteers in green t-shirts will be happy to help. Don't hesitate to reach out to them at any time. Event Conclusion: The festival will wrap up at 4:00 PM. Please allow time for Festival attendees to clear the area before moving vehicles.
