1. Treasurer’s Report (Radloff)

a. Recap of Revenues/Outlays from Pride Festival

b. Remaining 2024 T-Shirts & Hats available at the Lost River General Store (priced at $32; roughly $25 to Lost River Pride after consignment fee)

c. Sue Ryan will continue to donate 20% of sales of 2024 logo prints to Lost River Pride

d. Consider classic logo t-shirt order for sales at fall & winter events

2. Onward Donations

a. Fairness West Virginia – Sponsorship for 2024 Gala (September 21 in Charleston): $600 with advertising and 2 tickets – Approved/Paid

· Interest in Additional Tickets?

b. Mathias-Baker Volunteer Fire Company for Youth Outreach: $1,500 – Approved/Presented

c. Lost River Pride Scholarship Fund: $5,000

· Anticipate additional receipts from Community Education Group ($1000) and Covenant House that are earmarked for scholarship fund

d. Moorefield Middle School “JackBots” Robotics Team: $1,000

e. East Hardy High School Robotics Team: $1,500 (reserve for Fall/Winter if team re-established)

4. 2024 Lost River Pride Festival – Recap and Lessons Learned

a. Record attendance: 330 visitors through the gates plus roughly 70 volunteers and vendors/exhibitors attending

b. Bright Spots

· Stage – rebook for 2025 Festival

· Silent Auction – continue to grow this license to print money

· Drag Queen Story Hour – move to first hour when more families attend

· Others?

c. Challenges

· Food trucks – change pricing structure; require pre-payment; fall back to only Farmers Market and negotiate revenue-sharing; re-locate to a more visible location nearer patio

· Vendors – change rate to $50 for all vendors w/ additional $25 if Lost River Pride provides tents/tables (to offset our costs and wear-and-tear); require additional set-up/take-down effort by vendors; better integration of vendor info collection into registration

· WiFi – explore Starlink service for Lost River Pride and vendors

· Parking – continue providing tent/shade for parking volunteers; explore overflow parking (perhaps Barry Conaty in exchange for sponsorship)

· Restroom Facilities – re-engage with Tammy/Bob on renting port-a-potties to supplement onsite facilities
