2. Discuss Lost River Pride Scholarship Fund – Hardy County Community Foundation

     a. Should have fund agreement within the next couple weeks – vote at October meeting

     b. $20,000 that can be funded over 5 years

     c. $2,000 plus $1,300 Facebook Fundraising for 2023 - $1000 will pass through for a 2024 scholarship award

3. Donations and Photo Opportunities

     a. Display check is printed

     b. Moorefield Middle School ($1,000) – will try to make contact in the coming weeks

     c. Baker-Mathias Volunteer Fire Company ($1,500) – preferred dates/times

4. 2024 Lost River Pride Festival – June 22 at Lost River Farmers Market

5. October Election – October 18 or 25, 2023

     a. All Officers Terms Expire: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary

     b. Board Members w/ Expiring Terms: David Schilling, David Robinson, and Tim Savoy

     c. Discuss interest in continuing on Board
